We stayed at a hotel in Medan city area that was conveniently located close to many local restaurants. It was within walking distance of delicious food options. The rooms were well-furnished, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathrooms were clean and equipped with all necessary toiletries. The service provided by the staff was commendable, with friendly and helpful employees. The breakfast spread was satisfying, and the hotel had facilities such as a swimming pool and gym for guests to enjoy.

However, the staff really impressed me with their swift and efficient response. The duty manager promptly took my concern seriously and even went the extra mile to ensure my shirt was repaired and pressed to perfection. I was truly satisfied with the outcome and felt valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service recovery and attention to detail.
