We stayed in a twin room with an attached bathroom. It was much more comfortable than we expected. The communal area had a big TV and sofas, perfect for relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were a great bonus.

The location was a bit far from the gondola, making it a trek to carry our skis.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing transportation to and from the train station. They even organized trips to the local supermarket, which was a great convenience. The location of the hotel near the ski fields was incredible, as it allowed for easy access to the slopes. The hostel itself was clean and had air conditioning, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of activities. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were the best aspects of this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a hostel in Hakuba Alps. the staff at K's House were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were always available to help and made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. the shared living room and kitchen area gave the place a cozy atmosphere, and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect starting point for my hiking and biking adventures during the summer. the location, although not in the main Hakuba station, was still very convenient with a nearby train station. I felt like I was staying in a big house that truly felt like home.

The value for money at K's House was outstanding - a clean and comfortable room at a great price. The location was perfect, close to the shuttle bus for the ski fields and only a short walk to the gondola and train station. The staff treated us like family, being incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

Lovely family-run guesthouse with friendly and helpful hosts. Offers lifts to train and supermarket. Clean facilities with a big common room and well-stocked kitchen. Great for families with own bathroom option. They can organize discounted ski hire and lift tickets.
