We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location on a hillside with traditional Balinese style buildings incorporated into modern tasteful interiors was stunning. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel maintained to perfection. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful pools to the kids room that our son couldn't get enough of. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide range of options from hot dishes to fresh fruits. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Special shoutout to Atlic, the experience manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We recently stayed at Four Seasons in Jimbaran for our honeymoon and were blown away by the world-class service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful flower bouquet and a special congratulatory gift. The attention to detail was incredible, from the personalized welcome letter to the delicious cake surprises throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, with a special mention to Martini and Merlina for their exceptional service. The concierge was also incredibly helpful in arranging activities and restaurants. The villa itself was luxurious and the Balinese bath added a unique cultural touch. it was a truly unforgettable experience.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the spacious villas with their own private pools. It was a great luxury to be able to take a dip in the pool whenever I wanted. Another positive aspect was the stunning views from the property. the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the resort. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the airport, making it easy to travel to and from.

I did have a few issues during my stay. the service was not as attentive as I had hoped.

The hotel provided a seamless airport pick, up service, making my arrival stress, free. the check, in process was smooth and the staff at the lobby were warm and welcoming. the villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with a private pool and stunning views. the facilities at the resort were extensive, with a variety of restaurants to choose from and a well, equipped gym. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable.

The front staff took great care of us on our arrival. The welcome drink was fantastic. The rooms were very beautiful. The Balinese bath in the room was our favorite, and very different, as it added the cultural touch. Our guest experience manager was very sweet and checked on us each day for any assistance. We were also taken care of by Indra who arranged a beautiful temple blessing with special dressing as per our request for our anniversary. Atik dressed us up and also taught us some Balinese dance which was very interesting. Our rafting at Sayan was very nice where Roby took great care of us. Catherine from the front desk also helped us a lot with useful map and places information. The staff assisted each time for all queries and kept in touch for any help needed. We are so grateful for this holiday and resort, as it was not just the facilities. We got to learn a lot about Bali through the cultural and other activities conducted at the resort. Moreover, the staff represented the Balinese culture at its best, reflecting warmth and care.

We had a fabulous stay at a beachfront villa with our family of five. The individual pool villas were beautifully designed with a mix of traditional Balinese architecture and modern interiors. The 50m pool beachside and the paved walks around the resort were a highlight. The staff was warm, respectful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we highly recommend this resort for a family holiday in Bali.
