The room was spacious and clean. Service was great. The small kitchen was perfect for making our own breakfast and snacks. Staff were helpful and arranged airport transfers. Friendly staff, great value, short walk to subway, well-equipped kitchen, good gym.

We definitely got great value for our money at Sonesta Es Suites. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully laid out, with excellent kitchen facilities. The location on the Upper East Side was perfect for exploring museums and Central Park, and the staff treated us with personable, friendly, and helpful service.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering a greater variety of cooking equipment in the kitchen, such as additional pans and pots, utensils, and dinnerware for larger groups.

I recently stayed at The Gardens Sonesta Es Suites for a few weeks while I had surgery at MEETH across the street. From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The location was beautiful, convenient, and safe. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and felt like a home away from home. The daily service was excellent, and any requests we had were quickly and cheerfully met. The modern rooms were clean and well-lit, and the kitchenettes had been updated. The provided menus from local eateries made it easy to have food delivered to our room. The staff were consistently pleasant and helpful, and the overall experience was fantastic.

We were very impressed with the size of the one bedroom suite and the fully equipped kitchen - it was huge! The televisions were also a great feature. Despite a few drawbacks of an outdated bathroom and problematic wifi, the hotel staff was lovely and the area felt safe. I would highly recommend this hotel for families looking for spacious accommodations.

If they offered in-room coffee and toast, it would have been even better. it was a great and somewhat pricey stay, but definitely worth it. They truly take care of their guests.

The location of this hotel is great, being not far from the subway and in a wonderful area with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Some rooms have a peaceful view.

The bathroom can be small and the shower pressure is sometimes low.

It allowed us to make our own breakfast and snacks whenever we wanted. the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, always ready to provide us with any information we needed. Another advantage of the hotel was its convenient location, with nearby dining options and a store for any necessities we needed.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious L-shaped room with a living area, king bed, dressing room, bath, desk area. The staff members were personable, friendly, and helpful. The hotel also had a deal with three great local restaurants where we could order food and have it delivered to our room. The location in the Upper East Side was quiet and convenient, close to Central Park and within walking distance of museums and shopping. The pillows were also a highlight.

Felt just like home, no complaints at all.
