Everything about our stay at Gallery Prawirotaman was great, but what impressed us the most was the quick resolution of our room mix-up. Despite the mistake, the staff were quick to fix it and offered us a complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a really good time here. This place was located in a nice environment, with nice restaurants around and it was close to all major attractions of the city. Moreover, the experience here was enhanced by the hospitality and smile of the staff who are trained not to lie and give better service. The room amenities were satisfying, considering that the rooms are soundproofed and equipped with several electronic devices. The leisure swimming pool was luxurious and the staff from the room service to the manager was perfect embodiments of the renowned hospitality.

The unreliable Wi-Fi connection in the room, but we would still recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a luxurious environment.

The breakfast offered was delicious and the fact that it was complimentary was a nice surprise. the location was superb, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also enjoyed the car service they offered to take us to the temples. the driver was very friendly and accommodating.

The check-out time was earlier than we expected and we had some miscommunication with the front desk. the Wi-Fi was quite slow and we had some trouble connecting.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly and created disturbances throughout the night.

We had a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the facilities were top-notch. the pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. the breakfast buffet was also a standout, with a wide variety of choices and delicious local dishes to try.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could have been improved. the cleanliness of the room could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The rooms were perfectly clean, new, and spacious, with a superb balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel facilities, including the garden and pool, were above standard. The location in the Prawirotaman area was definitely the best place to stay in this city. It was in a quiet area of Yogyakarta, close to many restaurants and bars, as well as the sites that we wanted to visit. The breakfast provided was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. We loved the fact that the receptionists were friendly and provided good service. The hotel was also conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. Another advantage was the variety of choices offered at breakfast, providing us with a delicious start to our day.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. The bar service was quite poor, with the bartender unable to speak English.
