We had a fantastic stay at a resort in the cozy Lombok region, with a conveniently close location to restaurants and a breathtaking view of the nearby beach. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The friendly and polite staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The complimentary bike usage was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings.

There was a slight downside as we could occasionally catch a whiff of the nearby large rubbish pile when leaving the resort.

Great spot to enjoy a peaceful weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the bungalows are well-designed and surrounded by lush greenery making it an ideal hideaway. the staff is super welcoming and helpful, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a variety of options to start your day off right.

Despite the beauty of the location, the access to the hotel can be quite challenging, and the roads leading to it can be bumpy. some areas of the hotel could use some attention as certain facilities seemed worn out.

The best aspects of our stay at this hotel were the unique bungalows arranged around a circular pool/lagoon. It was amazing to have direct access to the pool from our own bungalow, and we loved relaxing on the chaise lounges in the shallow water. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was when we asked for another float and they went out and bought one for us. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a short walk from the harbor and close to the beach and great restaurants.

The worst aspects of our stay were a few minor inconveniences. we only received a few bottles of water and had difficulty getting a refill, especially in the evening when we couldn't get hold of any staff.
