The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony. The staff provide professional and helpful service. The food is delicious, especially in the Branche Restaurant, where guests can enjoy a wide variety of dishes. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as the modern and incredible Skydome.

The English communication in the restaurant can be improved, as some employees may struggle with the language.

Spent a lovely Christmas at a hotel that exceeded expectations. With a tranquil location and excellent views, it was easy to disconnect from the daily routine and relax. Rooms were spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! the breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a great variety of options, including a pastry chef's creations. I loved using the free bikes to explore the surroundings, an enjoyable and eco-friendly way to sightsee.

Although the bathroom was functional, it needed refurbishing. For what we paid, we expected a more up-to-date standard.

The hotel design is tasteful and neat. The Deluxe room is huge with great value. Massive breakfast choices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Spacious bathroom with strong water pressure and quick hot water. Adequate amenities provided, although conditioner was missing. Large, well-lit mirror above the sink. Ample storage space for luggage and a slim wardrobe. Nice balcony with a partial view of the mountains. Good location near Jatim Park and uphill. Great pool. Comfortable bed and pillow. Suitable for families with kids. Decent and family-friendly place to stay.
