Communication with the reception can be challenging, especially during non-office hours.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, smack right in the middle of everything. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions of the center. The service was top-notch, with car hire, housekeeping, and a free shuttle service available. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated, and we loved the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The room was elegant, spacious and well presented. the bathroom was excellent and had a powerful shower. the hotel was located in a great spot, within walking distance to many places of interest.

The noisy shutter was annoying and made the room feel stuffy. the air conditioning was a bit hit and miss.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety.

For us it was ideal.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us an early check-in after our long journey. Our Formentor room was even better than pictured, spacious and spotlessly clean. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We would highly recommend Bosch Boutique and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had a bit of trouble with the check-in process, as there was no receptionist available. However, the spacious and comfortable room made up for it. The bed was large and cozy, and the memory foam pillows were a nice touch. The central location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite the minor setbacks, we still had a pleasant stay at Bosch Boutique and would recommend it. it exceeded our expectations.
