Attentive staff quickly resolved our check-in issue. The spacious room and clean bathroom provided a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near midnight culinary spots. I recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers convenient access to nearby restaurants. The breakfast menu is quite varied, including both local and international dishes. Guests can also enjoy a semi-outdoor swimming pool with a relaxing city view.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Pontianak city center. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to access nearby restaurants and important spots. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service available 24 hours a day and a helpful and friendly staff who were always attentive to our needs. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including an indoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness center where we enjoyed relaxing massages. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view.

We highly recommend this hotel to families for its excellent service and comfortable rooms.

Good location, comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning. Staff was attentive and quickly resolved any issues. Breakfast was satisfactory. Enjoyed the live band at the restaurant. Presentation of food was impressive, though taste could be improved.

Convenient location, good breakfast

During my recent business trip, the hotel was conveniently located close to popular restaurants and a mini market. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the local cuisine variety. the room amenities were up to standard.

My stay was marred by the strong cigarette odor in the room and the poor customer service from the hotel staff. Despite bringing this to their attention, my complaint was not addressed in a timely manner.
