The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was the best of all the hotels I stayed at on this trip. The hotel had good security and a convenient location near the railway station. The staff were friendly and responsive.

Conveniently located near train station. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool with a view of the city. Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty room service food.

Easter at this hotel was okay. the breakfast spread was quite decent and the staff were mostly helpful and smiley. the location was great as it was near some food outlets and a Starbucks.

The hotel really needs to improve their wifi coverage as it kept disconnecting. the swimming pool was quite small and disappointing.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with clean bathrooms. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including delicious local dishes. Guests can enjoy a great view of the city from some of the rooms. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service and fast check-in process.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre and the Swimming pool were first, class, as well as the Massage and the Beauty treatment. the room had exclusive advantages with a Steam room and in, room breakfast. the Restaurant had a great menu with both Special diet menus and amazing BBQ facilities. the private location advantages near shopping areas and railway station were the best. the service was top, notch, with staff happy to help at any time.

the poolside snack bar could have been better since it only had basic Snack bar items.
