Entering the lobby of Novotel, I was blown away by its elegant and modern decor with a touch of ethnic elements. The room was stunning, adorned with mirrors that I absolutely loved. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the price was affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the toll gate and a mall. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We also enjoyed the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also offered a spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and a restaurant which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Spent Easter weekend somewhere north of Jakarta. Best part about the hotel was the affordable rate and the spacious room with a big comfortable bed. the location was also super convenient, not far from the highway and close to a mall too. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning which was pretty decent.

The downside to staying at this hotel was the parking lot - wasn't really big enough and it seemed like everyone was trying to park there at once. the shower pressure was really weak and the water kept going hot and cold.
