Adjacent to Merdeka Square and with direct connection to two great malls, this hotel's location is ideal for shopping enthusiasts. It's also conveniently close to the Commuter station, making transportation easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food. Guests can enjoy the great facilities, including a swimming pool with children's toys, a spa with Jacuzzi and sauna, and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

The only downside is the traffic situation around the hotel, which can be quite congested at times.

The check-in was superb, with the hotel already preparing for our arrival. The rooms were huge and the location offered easy access to a nearby mall. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

This hotel offers complete luxurious amenities, including a Spa & Wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Beauty treatment. the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service. the restaurant and Bar/Lounge area provide an exclusive culinary experience and coffee/tea in the lobby is a convenient extra perk.

Despite its luxurious amenities, the pillows are too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. this hotel is a perfect choice for those looking for a luxurious staycation with top-notch service, exquisite dining, and convenient location.
