Adjacent to Merdeka Square and with direct connection to two great malls, this hotel's location is ideal for shopping enthusiasts. It's also conveniently close to the Commuter station, making transportation easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food. Guests can enjoy the great facilities, including a swimming pool with children's toys, a spa with Jacuzzi and sauna, and a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

The only downside is the traffic situation around the hotel, which can be quite congested at times.

The check-in was superb, with the hotel already preparing for our arrival. The rooms were huge and the location offered easy access to a nearby mall. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and the breakfast had a good variety of options.

They even went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries and provide helpful recommendations for dining and attractions in the area. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Independence Monument and connected to a luxury mall. Spacious rooms with walk-in closets and well-equipped kitchenette. Impressive lobby and club lounge with attentive staff. Enjoyable outdoor swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. Modern health club facilities.

I loved the spacious rooms and the amazing service and food. The hotel facilities, including the lobby and live music, were absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, with easy access to Plaza Indonesia and transportation.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel offers complete luxurious amenities, including a Spa & Wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Beauty treatment. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering excellent service. The restaurant and Bar/Lounge area provide an exclusive culinary experience and coffee/tea in the lobby is a convenient extra perk. Location-wise, it's located in a prime area, with easy access to dining options and shopping.

Despite its luxurious amenities, the pillows are too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. this hotel is a perfect choice for those looking for a luxurious staycation with top-notch service, exquisite dining, and convenient location.

Best aspects; Incredible experience during our romantic escape. Luxurious spa and swimming pool. The perfect location near a shopping mall and public transportation.

Needs Update and more variety in the breakfast. The common areas and rooms need an update.
