They helped me with a morning wake-up call on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, security, and amenities like a bar, restaurant, shuttle service, fitness centre. I'll be back for Christmas.

The pool was awesome, great for chilling and sipping on some cocktails. Also, the breakfast spread was tasty with a good variety. Plus, the location was spot on, close to the beach and lots of shops nearby.

When it was finally ready, the cleanliness was subpar, with a dirty floor and no help with luggage. the staff seemed disorganized, and even tried to charge me for empty wine glasses - outrageous!

Great location and very clean hotel. the staff were so helpful and very friendly. the pool was always clean and breakfast was very enjoyable. the spa and wellness center offered relaxing treatments, while the outdoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding. Nearby landmarks like Pantai Seminyak and Double Six Club provided excellent family bonding opportunities, enhancing our overall experience.

We hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and felt like we were in a movie! the staff were lit, always hooking us up with vibes and good times. the pool scene was insane, and we never wanted to leave!

The only thing we'd buzz for is more happening party spots at night. A rooftop party area or a DJ at the pool would make our stay even more epic!

The location was fantastic, with stunning balcony views once you avoided the street and the abandoned building across. the staff, each one of them, were top-notch, making check-in a breeze. the three pools and swim-up bar were super cool. the spa and outdoor swimming pool were perfect spots to unwind. However, the persistent room service calls were pretty bothersome, especially with the erratic room entry. 🌴
