Staff helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. Room has laptop safe, fridge, free snacks, water, sodas, toiletries. Wi-Fi great. Plenty of breakfast choices. Centrally located in District 1.

During our recent stay at Laluna Saigon, we were impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the market and with a great underground food hall just across the road. We also loved being able to easily access the vibrant nightlife on Bui Vien Street. Despite being located in a busy city, the double glazed glass in the room made it incredibly quiet. The hotel truly offered an excellent experience. I highly recommend Laluna Saigon.

The location was perfect, close to all the main tourist sites and easy to walk around. the staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation and giving suggestions for night life options. the breakfast was a great way to start the day and had a variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom could have been better, as the Asian style left everything wet after a shower. some of the English speaking TV channels were not working due to poor internet connection.
