We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful resort in Nusa Dua. The facilities for both adults and children were outstanding. The gorgeous pool areas and attentive staff made our vacation truly memorable. Breakfast was delicious and the activities offered were excellent. we highly recommend this hotel.

During my longer term business trip, I had a great experience at a resort located in a prime location in Bali. The hotel was just steps away from the beautiful ocean, allowing me to enjoy stunning views and indulge in the relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the resort was situated in the bustling center of Nusa Dua, giving me easy access to various amenities and attractions. I also appreciated the close proximity to an Indonesian restaurant, which provided me with a taste of authentic cuisine. Although it was slightly noisy due to its location, the overall convenience outweighed this small inconvenience.

I did find one negative aspect about the hotel. The overall appearance of the property felt a little tired and could benefit from an update.

The facilities at Grand Mirage were great! The kids area and pools were excellent! The nanny service and nanny we had were also excellent. The buffet breakfast was really good! Our room was nice.

Our thanksgiving stay at this hotel was amazing. the breakfast buffet and the Indian restaurant were absolutely fantastic, and the best part was that they offered complementary drinks. the grounds were huge with many activities for our entire family to enjoy. We loved that it was located right on the beach, which made it easy to go for a morning walk or run. the children's program was super organized, and the pool areas were always clean and inviting.

And while the staff was friendly, there were some language barriers that made it difficult to communicate. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun, relaxing vacation.

This hotel exceeded all my luxurious needs and even fulfilled my high expectations. the exclusive amenities and excellent service created an unforgettable experience. the outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the Bali heat. the beach access was a plus, as I enjoyed body scrubs and beauty treatments by the tranquil sea.

The only minor issue was the expensive menu items and taxes not included in the price. the BBQ facilities and buffet breakfast were worth it.
