the grand palace hotel sanur - bali has exceeded my expectations once again. from the friendly staff to the spacious and clean rooms, everything was perfect. the refreshing fresh juice upon arrival and the amazing pool were definite highlights. i can't wait to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Grand Palace Hotel in Sanur for a week and had a fantastic time. Despite being on the Main Street, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, even bringing in soya milk for my flat whites in the mornings. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The pool area was always clean and towels were readily available. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the bustling Main Street with its shops, restaurants, and cafes. We highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bali, where I was traveling alone as a woman. The location was perfect, as it was close to the airport for easy transfers back and forth. Additionally, it was just a short walk to both the beautiful Sanur beaches and the main tourist street in Sanur.

That the gym facilities were not up to par, lacking in basic equipment.
