During my Christmas vacation stay, I appreciated the spacious and comfortable room, equipped with reliable WiFi, sheets and towels refreshed daily. The hotel's convenient location close to a mall and within walking distance of local eateries also made for an enjoyable stay.

The quality of service was somewhat inconsistent, with haphazard housekeeping and unfriendly staff. some amenities advertised by the hotel, such as the restaurant and pool, did not meet expectations due to limited menu options and unpleasant odors respectively.

Luxury is the best way to describe this hotel. The amenities are exclusive and fulfilling. The Spa & wellness center, the sauna, the steam room and the Turkish bath are of high quality. The restaurant offers special diet menus, packed lunches and a poolside snack bar. The exceptional service of the staff is apparent in the way they entertain guests with live entertainment and assign the leisure/TV room. The venue provides access to a mall making it easy for guests to buy necessities.

The one minor issue I experienced was the difficulty in finding the hotel's location. Despite this, the staff was always available to give directions and offered a helpful online map indicating the nearby Starbucks and bakery.

The perfect place for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located in the city and offers clean rooms. Cambridge mall next door provides plenty of shopping and dining options. The live music on the higher floor is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a short and pleasant business stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the wide range of breakfast options available at this hotel. The variety of local and international dishes catered to all tastes and preferences. the hotel's location in the business area was ideal, providing easy access to nearby shopping malls. We also appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, offering stunning views of the city and mountains.

The maintenance of the hotel seemed to be lacking, with some areas in need of attention. There were also inconsistencies with the housekeeping service, such as towels not being replaced and toiletries not being refilled.
