During our romantic escape, my partner and I enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. the room had modern amenities and was cleaned thoroughly the entire stay. the hotel's location was great, it had easy access to the ski slopes and the bus stop was conveniently located nearby. the hotel had a heated ski room and a shuttle service available at certain times of the day.

On the contrary, the drinks at the hotel bar were overpriced and the Wi-Fi, which we had to pay for, was slow and spotty. We also had difficulty communicating with some of the staff who weren't fluent in English.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and nestled among the beautiful mountains. We loved that there was a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools and relaxing jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities and services provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Situated in a prime location, this hotel is perfect for those who love skiing as it is next to a bus stop and close to the Sasslong ski lift. it is located in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable furniture and beautiful views of the mountains. The bathroom is modern and the service provided by the friendly staff is excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also boasts a luxurious spa facility with an outdoor pool and relaxing treatments.

The communication at times can be challenging for those who do not speak Italian or German fluently.
