I gotta say, Grandmas hotel was a steal! Great value for the money and the room was super comfy and cozy. The location was spot on, with everything within walking distance - shopping, beach, you name it. The staff treated us like royalty, always going above and beyond with their friendly and helpful attitude.

The morning meal could use a little improvement, maybe adding some more variety.

The ice tea served upon arrival was a lovely touch. The room was small but clean and had a complete set of facilities. Noise from the street was a bit loud but earplugs were provided. I'd recommend staying at Grandmas for a budget-friendly stay in a great location.

I stayed at Grandmas Plus Hotel Legian for 30 days and the location couldn't have been better. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by a great variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The bed and pillows were comfy, the AC worked perfectly, and the mini fridge was a convenient addition. The spacious and clean room, along with good wifi, made my rainy days enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff, including Tina, Arta, Dedi, and Odi, provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

We've stayed at Grandmas Plus Hotel multiple times and we keep coming back because of the impeccable cleanliness and affordable prices. the staff, like Grace from the front desk, are friendly and always ready to assist. the hotel's environmentally-friendly atmosphere and peaceful surroundings add to the overall pleasant experience. the food, including the breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, is consistently delicious. Despite being a budget hotel, the quality rivals that of more expensive accommodations.

We found this place to be a great choice for our stay. The location was perfect with convenient shops around and entertainment options for the evening. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent room service and laundry facilities. The air conditioning and soundproofed rooms were a welcome relief from the busy area. We also enjoyed the amenities in the room such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee makers and in-room safe. The restaurant and bar area were well presented and staff confirmed that they had a selection of services available for our enjoyment.

Two free hour-long massages and a location near all the restaurants and shopping made this a good option for a romantic escape. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were extremely small and the open closet above the desk made it feel even more cramped. the breakfast was average and there were not many options to choose from.

The hotel's location is convenient in terms of its close proximity to the airport and the nearby market where I do my shopping. The beach and shops are also within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was decent, and the shuttle service to the airport was a bonus.

I did notice one odd thing during my stay, but it wasn't a major issue.
