We recently stayed at a hotel in Semarang and had a great experience. The location was convenient and central, allowing us to easily explore the city. The breakfast had a variety of delicious food options, satisfying our taste buds. we highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Excellent staff, good gym, breakfast had many choices, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff. Fast wifi, clean bathroom, generous water supply, appreciated staff's assistance with lost item. Good price compared to other 5-star hotels in the area. a positive experience.

The breakfast options were decent and the rooms were clean and spacious enough. the location was also great as it was close to most of the places we wanted to go to.

The laundry policy was a complete inconvenience. We had to come down and make a deposit payment for even a small thing like laundry.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service and exclusive amenities. the swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were top-notch, and the Jacuzzi offered a calming and relaxing experience. the room was clean and spacious with unparalleled room advantages. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were superbly done, and we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes and drinks.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the sauna, which did not meet our expectations. the hotel staff was quick to address the matter, and they provided us with alternative private facilities, which were exclusive and met our expectations.
