Professional and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, powerful shower, basic but sufficient toiletries, commendable breakfast variety.

Nothing everything was great.

Very spacious rooms, with cold air con. Good location, 5 min walk to Nagoya Mall and many eateries nearby. Convenient amenities like swimming pool, fitness equipment, sauna, and massage center. Breakfast offers variety, including omelette, croissants, fruit, and juices. Helpful and pleasant staff cater to our needs.

The service at Harmoni Suites was exceptional. I arrived early and requested an early check-in, and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Nagoya. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff worked hard to ensure a smooth flow of guests. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nagoya shopping mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The swimming pool only has deep ends and may not be suitable for inexperienced swimmers.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation with my family. the breakfast was fantastic and offered many options. My kids loved the pool! the hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the shopping mall, which made it easy for us to do some last-minute shopping.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the pillows had a peculiar odor, even though they seemed clean.
