My recent stay at Harris Hotel was enjoyable. The staff were casual and friendly. The three pools were great for families with young children. The Dino's club for kids was an excellent complimentary addition for guests. The villa I booked was spacious and had a modern, minimalist design. The outdoor Jacuzzi in the backyard was a great feature for relaxation. The hotel's environment and surroundings were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the reception staff were polite and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the hotel had a fantastic swimming pool and the surrounding scenery was stunning. the bed was comfortable and the room had a connecting room, which was perfect for my family. there was a playroom for the kids right beside the swimming pool, which they thoroughly enjoyed. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Best aspects of the hotel were the breathtaking view from the room and the delicious breakfast provided. the hotel is also situated in a strategic location, which made it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The worst aspect of the hotel was the disturbing noise that often came from the surrounding area. the restaurant had very high prices, making it difficult to afford dining there.

The hotel is conveniently located near a local train station and only 15 minutes away from the main train station. The meeting rooms are soundproof and well-equipped with screens, wifi, and sound systems. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including traditional and continental menus. The room facilities are adequate, and the bed and pillows are soft and comfy. The pool is great for families with young children, and there is even a Dino's Club with baby spa services.

The sound insulation is poor, and noises from the hallway can be heard in the rooms.

The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The spacious and clean rooms exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the convenient amenities such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe. The highlight for us was the amazing swimming pool, especially the big slide that our kids absolutely loved. Additionally, the delicious breakfast with a wide selection of Indonesian dishes was a great start to each morning.
