We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, including the host and the night person, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, with the rooms being cleaned daily. The location was also a positive aspect as it was close to the town center, making it convenient for us to explore and visit nearby cafes and restaurants.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and near a busy road junction with traffic lights. The surrounding area is an old town with a predominantly elderly population. there is an excellent nearby restaurant where guests can enjoy delicious meals.

The breakfast options are sparse and lacking variety.

We had a bit of trouble locating the hotel due to the narrow complex one-way system, but the staff at Altora were incredibly helpful and even rode with us to find parking. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well appointed. Despite the lack of food onsite, they directed us to an excellent restaurant nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and comfortable accommodations.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la propreté impeccable et l'état neuf de l'appartement. La cuisine est bien équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très pratique. De plus, le propriétaire était très disponible et nous a aidés dans toutes nos demandes. Deux autres éléments que nous avons appréciés sont la chambre spacieuse, idéale pour les couples, et la localisation pratique de l'appartement. En effet, il est situé à proximité de plusieurs attractions touristiques et de nombreux restaurants et commerces.

Nous aurions souhaité avoir une meilleure insonorisation, surtout pour les personnes ayant le sommeil léger.
