The hotel provided a different cultural experience every day, with almsgiving, market visits, and cooking classes. The staff went out of their way to make these experiences comfortable, educational, and enriching. The food in the restaurant was excellent, especially the fresh and exquisitely prepared lunch we had on arrival. The balcony room offered a wonderful view of the river and the traditional decor added to the charm of our stay.

I had the most incredible experience at Burasari Heritage. The staff, especially Lan, Zack, and Year, went above and beyond to make our celebration unforgettable. They even arranged a surprise cake for our friend's birthday. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service from the management and staff was exceptional. I highly recommend this place for its amazing service, fantastic ambiance, and delectable cuisine. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving experience at this hotel! the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel like royalty. the decor and facilities were a beautiful blend of traditional and modern. the restaurant served delicious food and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main street and temples. We loved the complimentary experiences offered, like the sunset river cruise and cooking class, which added to our memorable stay.

While the AC in our room worked well, it took a little while to cool down the room as the key card had to be used to activate it. it was an excellent experience and we can't wait to return!

From the moment I arrived, I felt like royalty. the staff was attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to fulfill my exclusive needs. the spacious spa center was perfect for a full body massage, which was so relaxing that I wanted to stay there forever. the garden area was an oasis of calmness, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

That the bed was a little on the hard side. It was a minor issue, but it made it a little difficult to sleep soundly.
