During my thanksgiving stay, I was impressed by the friendliness and fast service of the hotel staff. the clean rooms and smooth wifi service were also great advantages. I particularly enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast that was plentiful and offered a range of options. the location of the hotel was also a key aspect that added to my experience, with easy access to the city center and nearby mall.

There were a few negative aspects that could be improved. the basement parking had an unpleasant odor, and better ventilation such as an exhaust fan and air fresheners could be installed in the elevator to alleviate the problem.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to many great restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the F&B staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area and a swimming pool with a stunning view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. our experience here was amazing and we highly recommend staying at this hotel.
