The facilities at the hotel were impressive, with a great swimming pool, gym, and a fantastic buffet breakfast. the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the variety of breakfast options and the noise from the lift during the night.

I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained, with daily room cleaning. the central location allowed easy access to Kuta area attractions. the helpful and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. the buffet breakfast offered a good variety.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to the airport and shopping places, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

I recently stayed at a hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience. The location was great, as it was close to the center and not far from the airport. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a nice bathroom. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially Anom and Katrina who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast spread was delicious and the kids loved it. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym facilities.

The kitchenette in the room did not have basic plates and utensils, which was a bit disappointing.

The food lacked variety and we had to resort to eating outside of the hotel for most of our meals. It would have been better if they had offered a wider selection of dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences.

We had an amazing stay at Harris Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great open plan kitchen and dining area. The highlight for us was the fantastic gym, equipped with top-notch facilities and a wide range of fitness classes. The hotel also organized a fantastic white water rafting trip for us. we had a great experience and would highly recommend Harris Hotel for a family-friendly stay.
