The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was well-positioned and very clean. The security guard and reception team went above and beyond to help recover a lost purse. Abi from reception organized a birthday surprise for my daughter. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the beach and all the fun places, but still away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and a functional gym. The breakfast had a good variety, and we enjoyed the view from the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. a wonderful experience!

The strange setup in the bathroom, where the same door was used for the shower and bathroom. It made it a bit awkward, especially when trying to close the door fully.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear some noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms. the bed was not the most comfortable, and we had trouble adjusting the air conditioning to a comfortable temperature.

We had an issue with the hot water on our first day, but the staff at Holiday Inn Express immediately addressed and resolved the problem. The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms, a beautiful lobby, and an awesome infinity pool on the terrace with stunning beach and sunset views. The complimentary airport pickup is a great bonus, saving us from paying hefty taxi fares. The breakfast was delicious, and they even accommodated special Indian meal requests. Additionally, we were able to enjoy the facilities at the beach resort next door, which was a fantastic benefit.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, like sinking into a cloud. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making me feel like a VIP. They even asked about my reason for being there, making me feel special. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
