The location of this hotel is fantastic, surrounded by a peaceful palm grove and just a stone's throw away from the beach. The tranquil atmosphere here is really rejuvenating. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly, helpful, and absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to make my stay here pleasant. The facilities and amenities offered were top-notch, including a spa center, swimming pool, and a variety of entertainment options. The outdoor areas such as the sun terrace and garden provided the perfect spots to relax and unwind.

This place needs a bit of a face lift, as some areas showed signs of wear and tear. However, this didn't detract from the overall experience.

A beach bungalow upgrade with a beautiful open bathroom and stunning seaview. The pool was amazing and the hotel staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a birthday cake. The location is peaceful and serene, perfect for a family getaway. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this resort is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a few steps away. It's perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the early morning breeze by the shore. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The restaurant in town is easily accessible from the resort, making it convenient to venture out and try different dining options on the island of Lombok.

The lack of maintenance is evident in some areas of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the bay. Went for thanksgiving with family. the pool is amazing and the beach is just a few steps away. the buffet had a great selection of food and the staff provided excellent service. We also appreciated the convenience of having a taxi service organized by the hotel that was affordable and easy to use.

The noise from the nearby highway made it hard to get a good night's sleep at times. the lack of evening entertainment made the nights a bit boring.

We had a lovely experience at the resort. the apartment we rented was huge with big rooms, great bathrooms, and a lovely garden view. the manager was fantastic and immediately fixed every issue we had. the bed was great, the bathrooms were clean and functional. the breakfasts were good with plenty of options. the beach was excellent, staff very friendly, and the views were to die for. the pool was excellent and the resort grounds were beautiful with lots of palm trees. a great place for families with children.

My stay at this resort was incredible. The staff at Holiday Resort were friendly and always willing to assist. The resort itself is stunning with beautiful facilities, such as the pool and the bar located right by the pool. One of the highlights of my stay was participating in the activities offered by the resort, particularly the experience of releasing baby turtles into the sea. The food at the resort was delicious, although I do wish the breakfast options varied a bit more. it was a wonderful resort for both families and couples. The location and setting were breathtaking, and my room had a spacious and comfortable layout with magnificent views and easy access to the pools and beach. The outdoor-style bathroom was an added touch of luxury.
