The hotel room was spacious and provided a stunning view overlooking the sea. the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. the breakfast served was tasty, and the bed was comfortable. the location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible by public transportation.

The karaoke located above the hotel rooms was a bit too loud, and the soundproofing was nearly non-existent. waking up to dingy bedsheets and towels was unpleasant, though thankfully we were able to request room service, and they delivered cleaner ones promptly.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - it was near the ferry terminal, making it convenient for travelers like me. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a bathtub and a beautiful sea view. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered every morning.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Karimun with a superb location. Being near the ferry terminal and business center made it convenient for me. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the variety of activities available including durian outing, seafood hunting, and clothes shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Karimun.
