The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access anywhere. It is also conveniently close to the center, allowing for a seamless exploration of the area. Not to mention, there is a Japanese restaurant nearby, perfect for satisfying those sushi cravings. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are very kind and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience during your stay.

The breakfast options could be improved, as some guests felt that it was just okay.

During our recent stay at Silverland, we had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near massage shops, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, especially Mr. Thanh Nguyen, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. we were very satisfied with our 5-night stay at this hotel. We would also like to mention that the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel took around 20-25 minutes.

Loved the delicious breakfast options, including some Japanese dishes. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to major shopping malls, popular restaurants, and key tourist attractions.

While the hotel's service was great, the rooftop veranda was only being used for plant storage and could be better utilized for guests to enjoy a drink with a view. , the air conditioning wasn't working properly upon arrival, though the maintenance staff were quick to resolve the issue.
