We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach. The staff here were incredible - they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff maintained the room to a high standard. We also made use of the convenient airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and soak up the sun, with a beautiful view to top it off. the hotel provided top-notch service and amenities that exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Also, the location was perfect as it was close to many tourist attractions. One of the best aspects was the free shuttle service which made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Only downside was that there were some communication barriers due to language differences with some of the staff members. Also, the room was a bit small for our liking. Nonetheless, overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a budget-friendly stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Santika in Luwuk. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our onward journey, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room was comfortable and the breakfast selection was delicious. We couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this hotel.
