We spent Christmas at a hotel in Northern Italy and it was a fantastic experience. the breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff were welcoming and helpful at all times. the location was perfect, right in front of the ferry station and close to many restaurants. We also enjoyed the free parking pass provided, which made our stay even more convenient.

the parking was quite far away, but it was manageable with the pass provided. that, we found the room to be cold due to the tile floor and lack of heating, but we were able to regulate the temperature through the window.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel on the lake front! The location was absolutely perfect, right near the boat pick-up for exploring the beautiful lake. I loved being able to hop on a boat and easily explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were top-notch, providing excellent service throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and amenities provided truly made my stay here exceptional.

The hotel is situated right next to the lake shore, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the ferry that takes you to the stunning Borromean Islands. Additionally, on Fridays there is a local market just outside the hotel, providing a colorful and vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and colorful, and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

Some guests mentioned that the hair dryer in the room was not very useful.
