Friendly staff and unexpected birthday surprise!

We came for business with our kids and stayed at this hotel in Tasikmalaya. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even surprised my husband with a birthday cake at check-in! The room was clean and the breakfast was alright. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel has ample parking space and the towels provided were clean. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and pleasant surprises.

This city hotel had a great breakfast spread with a variety of tasty options. the location was excellent, allowing easy access to many local restaurants and shopping areas.

The room was quite small with oddly placed furniture, making it feel cramped. the bed was uncomfortable and the linens had some questionable stains on them.
