I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was perfect - just a short walk to both the beach and the main street with its great restaurants and shops. Secondly, the hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and offered a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Lastly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the bathroom could do with a bit of updating. However, it was still functional and didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Sanur, within a few hundred meters from the beach. The rooms with balcony facing the water have beautiful views off the balconies. The basic amenities provided are satisfactory, including international channels in good quality. The breakfast offers a separate 'egg station' where you can have eggs cooked to your liking.

One small detail that could be improved is the quality of the coffee at the egg station.

The pool at Segara Agung was absolutely fantastic. It was so refreshing to take a swim after a long day of exploring Bali. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the water was delightfully cool. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. I had a great experience at Segara Agung.

our group of friends had an excellent holiday at a hotel near the beach and restaurants. The location was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance of the shops and the beautiful beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a fridge and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always there to help with any needs. The breakfast was simple but nice, and the dining room had a pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was a slight issue with a smell in the bathroom, but the staff promptly addressed it.

In terms of negative aspects, some visitors washed their thongs in the swimming pool instead of using the available shower facilities nearby.

The staff were warm and welcoming, pool area lovely, calm and quiet location, minutes from beach and bars, basic but comfortable room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, being extremely close to the beach and tucked away enough to provide a peaceful environment. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in Bali, with a good variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities were great, especially the perfect pool and the large rooms. The cleanliness was exceptional, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

We also enjoyed the good breakfast, which had a variety of options. the hotel was in a great location, with easy access to the beach and nearby markets.

The towels were a bit tired-looking and dingy, and the sheets had some noticeable stains on them. the peak hour Wi-Fi speed wasn't always strong, which was a problem for some guests.

Lovely pool area, amazing garden, close to the beach and restaurants, convenient location for exploring, friendly and helpful staff.

Felt extremely welcome, nothing was too much trouble.
