The hotel had a private parking lot for up to 4 cars. Our room was spacious and sunny, with a beautiful view of the nearby church and castle. It was also very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, even offering to drive us to the railway station when taxis were unavailable. the hotel provided a basic and honest experience, but left us feeling welcomed and taken care of.

I had a fantastic stay at a great hotel in Montichiari. the Elefante hotel was comfortable, clean, and bright. the location was perfect, with all the tourist attractions just a 5-minute walk away. the staff/owners were incredibly lovely and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the room had plenty of space, with a big closet for clothes and lots of mirrors. the heated bathroom floor was a great touch, and the bed was very comfortable. I cannot wait to return and experience this wonderful hotel again.

Great value and service! the staff went out of their way to serve us delicious pasta even after lunch hours. the location of the hotel in a quaint town, about 40-50 minutes from Verona, was charming. Additionally, the rooms were acceptably clean, and the price we paid was fair.

Tricky parking area, recommend a U turn to enter. the shower area was a bit small, but this is standard in Europe.

My New Year's stay wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped. the room was cold and the heating system didn't seem to be working properly.

We arrived late and hungry, but the staff at Elefante went out of their way to serve us a delightful plate of "quick pasta". It was a delicious and unexpected treat, especially considering the late hour. I was truly grateful for their effort to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
