I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is fantastic, as it is just a short 5-minute walk to the famous Nagoya Shopping mall. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, catering to both European and Asian tastes. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

In terms of drawbacks, the pool was a bit small and usually quite crowded, making it difficult to swim. However, this hotel is still highly recommended for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and quality service.

Very responsive reservation/front-desk. Quick check-in/check-out. Spacious bedroom with comfy bed and provided bolster. Full amenities in toilet. Less than 5-minute walk to Nagoya Mall.

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was located near a mall which was easily accessible without having to worry about transportation. the breakfast buffet was also quite enjoyable. They had a good variety of food and everything was fresh and tasty. the hotel staff provided free snacks in the room which was a nice touch.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had noticeable stains.
