The nearby shopping mall was truly convenient. , the airport sending service was pretty cheap. These were two great points on the hotel's favor. the room was descent.

There were some major issues that stood out negatively - the breakfast was stingy in terms of variety and quality which was very disappointing. the customer service was seen to be horrible by other guests as well.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. It is also close to the airport, only a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is nice, and there are great facilities such as a pool and access to a mall nearby.

One negative aspect is that the air conditioning in the rooms sometimes turns off, which can be annoying.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right next to a mall where you can find everything you need. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including an ironing board and a mini-bar. The hotel also offers a variety of services, such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where I received a fantastic massage. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were also a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Episode Kuta! The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is connected directly to a shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Our room had a pool view, which was a great feature. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean throughout our stay. The hotel also provided a decent WiFi connection, which was important for us to stay connected with our loved ones. The staff at the hotel were friendly and polite, always ready to assist us with any requests. I had a great experience at Episode Kuta and would definitely recommend it to others.
