The nearby shopping mall was truly convenient. the airport sending service was pretty cheap. These were two great points on the hotel's favor. the room was descent.

There were some major issues that stood out negatively - the breakfast was stingy in terms of variety and quality which was very disappointing. the customer service was seen to be horrible by other guests as well.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is nice, and there are great facilities such as a pool and access to a mall nearby.

One negative aspect is that the air conditioning in the rooms sometimes turns off, which can be annoying.

We had a wonderful stay at Episode Kuta! The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is connected directly to a shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Our room had a pool view, which was a great feature. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean throughout our stay. The hotel also provided a decent WiFi connection, which was important for us to stay connected with our loved ones.
