I recently stayed at Intercontinental in Bali for a week-long vacation. From the personalized check-in to the spacious and beautiful rooms, I was impressed with every detail. The hotel grounds are stunning, with lush gardens and multiple pools to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially their attentiveness to our young child. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and we enjoyed delicious meals at the Japanese and Indonesian restaurants. The highlight for us was the quiet and pristine beach, perfect for relaxation.

This stunning resort is located right beside the beautiful white sands of Jimbaran beach. You can easily stroll along the beach and explore the renowned Jimbaran beach restaurants, offering delicious seafood dishes. The resort itself boasts a fantastic location, with the Jimbaran Garden restaurant providing a delightful dining experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and tasty, and the views from some of the rooms are simply breathtaking. The facilities, such as the club cabanas on the beach, add an extra touch of luxury to your stay.

Some aspects of the service could be improved.

The lush surroundings and beautiful gardens were a highlight of my stay. It was a pleasant experience to have privacy due to the low season at the hotel. The beach access was convenient and enjoyable, allowing me to relax and soak up the sun.

One major issue was the insect problem in the rooms. Despite requesting assistance, we were constantly bothered by mosquitoes and possibly even bed bugs, which affected our sleep and made us uncomfortable.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shops and restaurants. the beach was beautiful and easily accessible from the hotel. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

We did notice a problem with insects in our room. Despite the hotel providing mosquito repellents, we still had issues with mosquito bites and flies.

The hotel location was great, with many food options within walking distance by the beach. The staff were very friendly, supportive, and professional. We also enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, complete with welcome gifts and access to the lounge with free finger food and beverages.

The housekeeping service could use improvement, as the rooms were not clean and fell below the standard of a 5-star hotel. The breakfast buffet served the same menu every day, and there were limited vegan choices.

From the moment we arrived at this incredible resort, we were astounded by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff treated us with the utmost respect and equality, something we truly appreciated. Unlike other resorts we've been to, they didn't treat us differently because of our ethnicity. Even though some staff members had difficulty communicating with us due to language barriers, they made a genuine effort to engage with us like any other guest.

Our stay at this fantastic resort surpassed our expectations in many ways. While there were minor issues, the exceptional hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and memorable moments made it a remarkable stay.

The resort has a wide range of activities and amenities, including a spa, swimming pools, and an ice cream parlor. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread is impressive. The hotel is in a beautiful location with well-maintained rooms and gardens. Some areas were under construction but the management informed guests in advance.

My recent stay at Intercontinental Bali was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was pleasurable and dreamlike. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the famous Jimbaran Bay seafood restaurants. The room was comfortable and the hotel grounds were beautiful. The poolside restaurant provided excellent service and the club sandwich was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
