The location near the L train subway made it easy for me to explore the city, especially Williamsburg. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was simple but fresh and provided a great start to my day.

The General Manager immediately authorized a full refund, showing their understanding and compassion. The rooms at this hotel are truly comfortable and recently renovated, making it a delightful place to stay. Moreover, the added bonus of free parking in Brooklyn, which is almost unheard of, made my visit even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hotel Le Jolie for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

We recently stayed at this venue and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of two subway lines in a nice quiet area. The staff were all friendly and provided great customer service, from the security guard to the bar staff. We especially liked that there was free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel and that there were lots of leisure facilities, including a tennis court and racquetball court.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and professional, with a special shout-out to Helen, Ruby, and Niki. The rooms were small but cute and comfy. I loved the variety of breads and pastries offered for breakfast, and the Starbucks coffee was awesome. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, within walking distance of a variety of nightlife options. The free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus, and the hotel had up-to-date outlets and charging spots.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, from the security guard to the front desk to Helen in the breakfast room. They even accommodated our early check-in, which was unexpected. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, location, breakfast, and staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Le Jolie. I had to extend my stay and they were accommodating with keeping me in the same room at a reasonable price. The housekeeping staff was super nice and the room was spotless. The front desk was helpful and gave me directions to the city via subway. The location in Brooklyn was quiet and convenient. The hotel felt calm and more like a tiny apartment. Free parking was a huge plus. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
