Located in a new area with lots of restaurants and close to major shopping centres, this hotel provides a great base for exploring the surroundings. The spacious rooms are well-appointed with amenities and a big screen TV. The staff is courteous and responsive, catering to guests' needs. During breakfast, kids are entertained by robot presence and face painting. The food variety is excellent, and customer input is taken into consideration for improvement. The premier rooms even have a bathtub with salt bath and bath bombs, adding a luxurious touch to the stay.

There were instances of noise disturbance from live music on the lower floors, which may affect some guests' comfort.

the luxurious spa and wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, with its relaxing sauna, steam room and spacious treatment rooms. the outdoor infinity pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden area, was also a perfect spot to unwind. the staff provided excellent service, with attentive and professional service in the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

There was one minor issue that affected our experience at this hotel. the noise from outside, particularly the sound of traffic, could be heard in our room, which was quite disturbing during the night and made it difficult to sleep well.

Complimentary spa treatments and friendly staff were great perks of this stay. the location was also convenient for accessing the nearby park and other attractions. Plus, the room had a comfortable bed that was perfect for getting a good night's sleep.

The noise level from outside was unbearable, even during the night. the hot water for the shower was also lacking, and the breakfast options were limited both in terms of variety and taste.
