I had an amazing dining experience at the Lobby Lounge. The Chicken Thai Green Curry had the perfect blend of spices and flavors, while the Chicken Tikka was tender and flavorful. The paratha was cooked to perfection, neither too oily nor dry. The hotel truly lived up to its five-star reputation with its delicious food. I highly recommend dining at the Lobby Lounge during your stay at Jw Marriott Hotel Surabaya.

We had a fantastic stay at Marriott in Surabaya! the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza, and there's even a free shuttle to Sogo every hour. the security measures were top-notch, with scanning of belongings and police and sniffer dogs outside the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always treating us with the best attitude. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very attentive. the location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and key attractions. the hotel had great facilities and services which added to the overall experience.

The hotel had an old-fashioned style which may not suit everyone's tastes. the rooms had a bit of a smoky smell and could benefit from better ventilation.

Located in a premium area, the hotel is close enough to the mall and situated in the center of the city. The staff was professional and accommodating, fulfilling special requests like customized oat meals. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle bus to nearby shopping malls, making it convenient for guests to explore the area.

There were some negative experiences with other aspects of the hotel, such as confusion regarding the accessibility of certain areas and a lack of warmth and welcoming attitude from the staff.

This hotel provides an opulent stay with exclusive amenities such as a sauna, Spa & wellness centre, and outdoor swimming pool. the service is exceptional with friendly and attentive staff. the restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with excellent food options. the room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds and beautiful garden views.

The Spa centre needs to address the smell, which hampers the relaxation experience. It can be quite smoky at times.
