I had an amazing dining experience at the Lobby Lounge. The Chicken Thai Green Curry had the perfect blend of spices and flavors, while the Chicken Tikka was tender and flavorful. The paratha was cooked to perfection, neither too oily nor dry. The hotel truly lived up to its five-star reputation with its delicious food. I highly recommend dining at the Lobby Lounge during your stay at Jw Marriott Hotel Surabaya.

We had a fantastic stay at Marriott in Surabaya! The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza, and there's even a free shuttle to Sogo every hour. The security measures were top-notch, with scanning of belongings and police and sniffer dogs outside the hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always treating us with the best attitude. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Plus, they even surprised me with a birthday cake during our stay!

The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very attentive. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and key attractions. the hotel had great facilities and services which added to the overall experience.

The restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with excellent food options. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds and beautiful garden views. The location is perfect, situated within walking distance to the biggest shopping mall, and the shuttle service provided is outstanding.

The Spa centre needs to address the smell, which hampers the relaxation experience. It can be quite smoky at times.
