We had the most amazing stay at KajaNe Mua. the facilities are beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service is second to none! the staff was super friendly, kind, and helpful. They provided a wonderful afternoon tea spread and a great breakfast every day. the villa was great, and we loved the semi-private pool. the hotel is located on the busy Monkey Forrest Road, but once you step onto the property, you don't feel the busyness anymore. They even offer a free shuttle service within Ubud. it was a fantastic value and we can't wait to come back!

the rooms and facilities were top-notch, and surprisingly, it was very quiet despite being in a busy part of the city. I was impressed with the delicious buffet breakfast that had a wide range of choices, including plenty of options for vegetarians. One day, I had to leave early for a tour, and the staff kindly prepared a breakfast box for me to take with me. I also loved the afternoon tea, which they conveniently brought to my room whenever I wanted it. the staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist. When my wallet broke, they even helped me find tape to repair it. They also provided a shuttle service for us one night when it was raining and we wanted to go to a restaurant farther away. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience!

Additionally, the staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that your needs are met throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day off right.

Amazing service that goes above and beyond expectations. The staff at Kajane Mua were attentive and quick to fulfill our requests. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to one with a beautiful pool view. The room was cozy and clean, and the hotel grounds were stunning. The location was also convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Ubud.

What an amazing Thanksgiving week spent in Bali! the hotel we stayed at had fantastic amenities such as a clean room and bathroom, with great bathroom amenities provided. the included breakfast was amazing, especially the fantastic coffee and made-to-order egg and omelette station. the location was in the centre of everything, close to luxurious shops and world-class restaurants. each room had a safe box available to store our valuables, and we felt extremely safe and secure.

The noise level at night. We heard a lot of jungle noise and some street noise during the night, but it wasn't too bad with earplugs provided by the hotel.

This hotel provided an exclusive and luxurious experience, with a top-notch service that exceeded my expectations. the room's exclusivity was exemplified by the outdoor swimming pool, which offered a refreshing retreat from the Balinese heat. the private Spa & wellness centre provided the perfect space to escape and unwind, with exclusive amenities that catered to all my relaxation needs.

The venue offered an extensive range of services, but there was a minor issue concerning the restaurant's menu. While the restaurant's food was delectable, I would have preferred more variety and greater consideration for special diet menus.
