During our stay at Kappa Senses, we were impressed by the luxurious feel of the resort. The serene pathways and two pool areas, including a pool with a waterfall and bridge, added to the overall experience. Our deluxe room with a jacuzzi outside on the private balcony was a perfect retreat. The resort manager, Wisnu, made us feel welcomed and took the time to get to know us. The Asian restaurant offered good quality food for breakfast and had a great selection. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay.

The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. the spa was extraordinary: exquisite treatment rooms with stunning views. the breakfast was varied, tasty, and satisfying. the location was a bit secluded, which made it perfect for a peaceful retreat. the natural surroundings were gorgeous, and the tranquility was unmatched. the rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and ample space.

The hotel was a bit far from town, and the shuttle service was not very frequent. if you are sensitive to noise, being close to the farm area might be an issue.

The service at this hotel is impeccable, with friendly staff attentive to every request. the luxurious Spa offers top-notch treatments, perfect for a pure relaxation trip, and the hotel territory is beautiful, with a sun terrace and a garden area to enjoy. the infinity pool is a stunning spot to relax and sip on cocktails from the poolside snack bar, while enjoying some BBQ facilities and outdoor dining options.

Although the in-house restaurants offer amazing and diverse menus, it could use more Indonesian options. while the shuttle operates every day, the last one from town to the hotel is at 2:30 pm, with only the option to get a car hired by reception instead of using it.
