the hotel exceeded my expectations during our group visit to osaka. from the accommodating staff to the thoughtful amenities, it was a delightful experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to train stations, shops, and restaurants. we were even surprised with a token for our anniversary. we would definitely stay here again.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the cleanliness, convenient location near Shinsaibashi shopping street and metro, and the helpfulness of the staff. The free coffee and beauty kit in the room were a nice touch, and we appreciated the presence of an air purifier. The hotel also had great services in the lobby, such as currency exchange and various amenities.

I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Osaka for a few nights. The location was perfect, very close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, convenience stores, and the metro. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even provided free coffee and a selection of beauty products for guests to choose from. The room had everything I needed, including an air purifier. Perfect for my needs.

The location of Sotetsu Fresa Inn was unbeatable, just a short walk away from Dotonbori where we found amazing shops and food. The hotel also provided travel essentials at the reception, which came in handy when we forgot some items. We loved the manga bookshelf in the lounge area and the convenience of washing machine facilities. The room had a small fridge and a quiet kettle, and the heated toilet was a nice touch. Opting into the breakfast buffet was easy and the bed was comfortable.

And finally, the rooms were cozy and well-equipped with basic amenities like a fridge and air purifier. Plus, the free coffee in the afternoon was a nice touch!

During my recent stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn, I was impressed with the convenient location near two stations and the bustling shopping and dining area of Shinsaibashi. The staff recommended an amazing sushi shop just around the corner, which made my dining experience memorable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, offering great value for the price. The hotel's access instructions were thoughtful, guiding me to the nearest exit with an escalator, and there was also a nearby lift for easy luggage transport.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as slight dustiness in the room and the lack of a safe, the staff promptly attended to my requests and were always courteous. The toilet and heating in the room worked well, making my stay during the winter season comfortable.
