the staff were amazing, even with our late arrival, they made us feel so welcome. the room was comfy with a big firm mattress, and the breakfast was delightful. the location was perfect for our day trip to Nusa Lembongan, and the rooftop pool was a real treat. celebrating our anniversary with their special touches made it even more memorable.

Although there was an issue with a sewerage smell in some rooms, the staff were responsive and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sanur. The short walk to the beach was a major advantage, allowing us to easily access the beautiful coastline. Additionally, the hotel's location near the beach and shops made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area and find everything we needed. The staff were also a standout feature, as they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants. the rooftop pool was truly amazing, offering a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the views. One area for improvement could be updating certain room details, such as sheets, towels, and bathroom amenities.
