I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Jose and the lady who worked with him, provided excellent customer service. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a free hot breakfast buffet and a "kickback" event in the evening where you could enjoy free drinks and discounted tickets for additional drinks. The hotel also had a popcorn machine in the lobby and well-maintained pool and hot tub. The location was convenient, close to the convention center and within walking distance of the Strip District.

I had a fantastic 12-day stay at Kebun Indah. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even helped me when I was sick and provided me with a sarong for temple visits. The rooms are spacious with beautiful traditional Balinese decor and a lovely veranda overlooking the well-maintained garden. The pool area is excellent and the breakfasts are simply amazing. I also felt very safe as a solo traveler. The location is central, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Had an amazing New Year’s stay at this hotel! the semi-outdoor bathroom complete with fish and frogs was a unique experience. the staff provided an incredible breakfast and the free shuttle service was really useful. the garden and pool were gorgeous, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area on foot.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the room had a particular smell. the bathroom towels and bedding could use an update.

The complimentary breakfast provided each morning was delicious and the afternoon tea with local cake was a delightful treat. our experience here was absolutely wonderful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to everything in the city center. Although it is down a long path, it is away from the busy street, providing a calm and peaceful environment. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a wonderful view of the lush nature surrounding the hotel. The staff is kindhearted and always available to assist. The breakfast selection is excellent, with genuine and delicious options to choose from. Additionally, the pool area is relaxing and private, as not many people use it.

Some members of staff were reported to be too pushy or insistent on selling their jewelry, which could be uncomfortable for guests.
