The Kenran Resort in Ubud was an amazing retreat for my family, offering superb amenities like a spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool that enhanced our relaxation. the nearby Campuhan Ridge Walk and Botanic Garden were perfect for family outings, fostering bonding amidst the stunning natural landscapes. Despite minor staff issues, the overall experience was delightful and memorable.

My room at Kenran was amazing with breathtaking views and a divine pool. The staff went above and beyond, offering medical assistance when needed. The breakfast was superb, and the amenities like meditation and yoga were a nice touch. service was lacking, and the location was a bit spooky at night. Despite these issues, the resort left a lasting impression.

The location is perfect, just a short distance away from the city center. It's convenient for exploring the markets and enjoying the local restaurants. The room was stunning, with a breathtaking view and a luxurious bathroom. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. The resort also offered fantastic amenities such as a shared pool and yoga classes.

The location of the hotel was stunning, offering beautiful views. The staff were friendly, especially the reception staff who were always helpful and kind. They fulfilled all our requests, such as arranging flowers in the bath and providing a floating breakfast, which I highly recommend. The 15-minute complimentary massage vouchers were amazing, and the therapist was very friendly. The baths in the room were gorgeous, and the jars of bath salts provided a lovely touch.

Service at the hotel was poor, with inadequately trained staff. The cocktails and food took a long time to arrive, and there was only one waiter on duty in a busy restaurant.

Beautiful scenery and well-maintained property with a great pool. the breakfast was excellent with good variety. the staff at housekeeping were also very friendly and efficient.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! The exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool, were top-notch. The service provided met my high expectations, with the friendly and efficient housekeeping staff fulfilling all my needs. The garden area and sun terrace provided an excellent place to relax.

The only minor issue was that the stairs leading to the restaurant and reception area were quite steep, which may be difficult for visitors with reduced mobility. However, this was outweighed by the stunning scenery and excellent restaurant food options.

Breakfast variety excellent. Beautiful pool, scenery. Well-maintained property. Friendly, efficient housekeeping.

The rooms are amazing with stunning views. Breakfast is delicious and the bath salts add a luxurious touch. Staff is attentive and offered medical assistance when needed. Location is close to Ubud center, but returning at night can be dark and spooky. Wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities.
