The service was top-notch, with room service and car hire available upon request, as well as dry cleaning and housekeeping to keep everything tidy. The shops nearby were a nice touch, and the laundry amenities made it easy to refresh my clothes for the next day's adventures. The airport shuttle was a lifesaver, too, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it easy to plan activities and tours. Plus, the spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi were heavenly.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel! Loved the stunning grounds and ocean view from the pool. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and included complimentary fresh juice and coffee. the location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to the ferry and nearby attractions.

The check-in process was slow and required a cash deposit. the hot water was limited and the bathroom was quite small.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Banyuwangi with beautiful grounds and a friendly staff. The hotel had a well-planned and lovely garden that was a pleasure to walk through to reach the rooms. The staff were all very friendly and even prepared a breakfast box for us when we had an early train to catch. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.

As young people, we absolutely loved the stunning pool and beautiful gardens at this beachfront hotel. The ambience was so relaxing, with blooming flowers and trees all around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with arranging our trips to Ijen and Bromo. The restaurant served delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast, making our stay even more enjoyable. it was a perfect place to explore the Ijen crater and surrounding attractions.
