We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff was very attentive and even provided toiletries just by following them on social media. The location is convenient, with the nearest subway station not far away and easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the kitchen with free coffee and the free washing machine, were excellent. The staff was friendly and always reachable, providing great service. Additionally, the hotel is located close to Ueno, where you can take trains to the airport.
