We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The bed was comfortable and the locker spacious. The female only floor provided great security, and the daily shower kit for women was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a metro station just 5 minutes away and easy access to Ueno station for airport trains. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

1 Night 1980 Hostel Tokyo Asakusa Simple Stay allowed us to store our bags until 6pm on the day of check out, which was extremely convenient. the cabins were separated by floor, ensuring privacy and comfort. the shower rooms and toilets were lockable, providing a sense of security. they offered small "rooms" that were suitcase-sized, where you could lock your belongings. the capsules themselves were cozy and comfortable, with individual lights and ventilation. Amenities such as a microwave and water cooker were provided, along with essentials like towels, shampoo, and shower gel. this hostel was a perfect choice in terms of both price and quality.

They have a 24-hour reception, which was convenient for late check-ins. the hostel was clean and the pods were decently sized, providing a comfortable stay. It was also well-equipped with good facilities. the location was excellent, as it was close to two stations, making it easy to navigate the city. I appreciated the complimentary use of umbrellas, chopsticks, and towels, which added to the overall convenience.

I recently stayed at a hostel in a great location near train stations. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help me, even providing an umbrella and a waterproof bag when it was raining. The communal facilities and my capsule were clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the spacious luggage cupboards. The other guests were considerate and the hotel even allowed me to store my luggage after check-out.
